The summer on the ocean shore has its ups and downs in weather. This week was somewhere in between. On one hand the sun is shining in the afternoon, but on the other, everyday we have some slight rain. However, in the IP camp it is always hot and no rain can keep our students inside their houses. When the sun was still ‘on’ the beach volleyball gathered over 15 people, the teams that were prepared the best had received certificates in the appreciation of their talent and some sweet awards.
This week we have a special star guest: our supervisor Thomas turned to be a real talent and he offered a hippy party, where the most people since the opening of the IP club attended. We gathered on the lake bank to sing good old songs and something fresh too. Everybody sang along ‘I’m yours’ by Jason Mraz, ‘Yesterday’ by The Beatles and, of course ‘Champs-Elysees’.
Also, the next group had a chance to visit St. Jean de Luz and San Sebastian this week. As always, the emotions were the warmest.
However, this week was a slight disappointment for those who take surf lessons – the waves were sooo big that even the professional surfers preferred table tennis to the surfing.
