One week in Oberwesel
The week here in Oberwesel is fantastic. We came to Oberwesel on Sunday. It took us four hours to drive to the castle where we live. In the evening on the same day we played games, so we could tell everybody our names.
On the next day we wrote a test. After that we had lessons. In the afternoon we walked to Oberwesel. There we looked around the town. When we went back it was time for dinner. On the next day, it was a Tuesday, we had lessons in the morning and after that we had lunch.
Later we could choose between swimming, a trip to the Loreley and volleyball. I went to the Loreley. It was a nice trip. But then it started to rain. That wasn’t so great. But we didn’t walk back again. We took the train. When we arrived at the castle, we had to go to dinner. At 8 pm we played the game “Blind Date”. It was so funny to watch. At 10 pm we had to go to our rooms. In the next morning we had breakfast and then lessons.
Then we made a trip to Niederwald-Monument. A bus brought us to Bingen and then we had to get on a ship which took us over the river. We got off the ship and when we arrived at the monument we made a group photo. After that we made a forest walk.
At that evening we watched a movie called “Nachts im Museum”. Then we went to bed. Today is Thursday. After we will have lunch, in the afternoon there will be a workshop for the IP-Party tonight. But our teacher Alex won’t be with us then, because we will fly back to England after lunch. Tomorrow we will have lessons with Carina. And in the afternoon we will play Olympic Games. In the evening we are going to make a campfire. But on the day after tomorrow, we have to drive home again.
