This week we had more fun than ever. Two trips to Saint Sebastian and Saint Jean de Luz gathered even more people than usually, as you may see from the pictures, everybody was satisfied with the trips, they came back to the hostel or host families exhausted, but happy. Students of IP club participate actively in every day activity programs offered by the team, there is no time left to get bored.
The folks in Cornwall couln’t stop singing – the karaoke night was an event nobody could imagine. Hits and Evergreens were sung in all variations and everybody just loved it! But singing was not the only entertaining on this evening…
Three unbelievable weeks have so far passed by in the IP Bournemouth Centre. Our first students departed from the centre and the new ones arrived immediately after they left.
Last week was just gorgeous. In one of the workshops the students learnt how to make a kite and then went to the beach later on to test their flight ability. And they really flew.
The third week in Chichester began with an amazing evening event on Monday. Let’s go to the beach- not the real beach but the beach in our wonderful party area. All the fun without sand in food and drink
Photography Workshop
On Monday, we offered a Photography Workshop in which Anett, our Centre Manager, taught the students how to take perfect pictures. After a short theoretical session, they went out to test their new knowledge about point of views and orientation. The result were very beautiful and funny pictures.
CROSS-DRESSING PARTY
The cross-dressing party was an ice-breaking and socializing event, when everybody had to lose their inhibitions and swap clothes. The afternoon workshops were provided for make up sessions in the „Beauty Salon”. The guys had to dress like girls and vice versa. The event started with a limbo entrance and a welcome drink surrounded by loud party music in the ocean. A catwalk was located in the middle of the room and the students loved to parade themselves.
The second week in Exmouth went by very quickly because of the numerous interesting, engaging, and funny activities the IP team prepared. On Friday evening the students had the chance to enjoy themselves at the beach, having fun at the Hawaii party…
This week we have spent integrating more into the local community. Living almost on the border between France and Spain provides our students with the unique opportunity to get closer to the cultures of both countries. This is why each student is willing to participate in three trips we offer every week. This week we have been to Bayonne, the city with the marvellous old centre.
As the first week draws to a close I do have to say that things have run very smoothly……however these could be the famous last words!!
All the students are in good spirits and appear to be really enjoying themselves with no apparent problems, or at least no problems that they have divulged.
We have students of several nationalities in IP Club Biarritz, which means several times more fun! Recently our Swedish students celebrated Midsommar, one of the biggest Swedish holidays. And we did it in our special, unusual IP-way – on the beach.
