During the summer months a lot of international students spend their holidays in an IP centre together. Our students live, learn and spend their free time with students and IP staff members from all over the world. Sometimes it’s not easy to make sure, that everyone feels fine, welcome and integrated into the team. To solve these problems and create certain time of the day to talk about everything that matters the IP Team invented the TTT-Time.
Every single student has a fixed contact person he can talk to. TTT-Time offers them the opportunity to bring up all kinds of wishes or problems. Therefore the IP team organises a daily meeting in the afternoon, where a small group of students and one staff member come together and sit down to talk about everything that makes someone tick.
No matter what our students have on their minds or what they want to talk about, whether they are home sick, have problems with other students or their host family or if they just do not have a good day, the IP staff always has a sympathetic ear for the students. With this TTT-Time we make sure, that every single student has a great time during their stay in a foreign country and feels welcome and comfortable in the IP Centre.
So we’re looking forward to a great summer with loads of smashing moments to remember and talk about!
