Teignmouth and Week Three
For one trip we went to Dartmoor which was really fascinating!
Wonderful and incredible landscape and actually we had perfect weather!!
A lot of animals like the Dartmoor Ponies, cows and sheep are moving free everywhere and there are no fences that keep them away from walking on and over the street. Our bus driver had to drive really carefully and slow, to get around all of them. We reached this great cliff in the middle of the Dartmoor on a hill where we climbed up the rocks.
After that we still went to a nice and historical town called Widecombe in the moor. Last Tuesday the group went to Exeter again to do some shopping and on Saturday there will be another Bath trip and the London trip for the soccer group, where they will visit the Chelsea stadium and do a small guided tour in London.
We had another quiz night, karaoke and speed dating event in the evening and last Monday there was the welcome party for the new arrivals.
We fortunately caught up some more nice days in the last week and so we also could enjoy the outdoor pool a lot. Hopefully it will stay like it is!!
